He is also the Chairman of the Business Law and Corporate Counsel Section of the Fairfax Bar Association. Prior to joining Gary & Regenhardt PLLC, Michael practiced complex commercial and government contracts litigation in both federal and state venues. Michael’s litigation experience provides him with valuable insight into the potential problems regarding proposed transactions. In counseling his clients, Michael uses that insight to prevent those problems from coming to fruition, and thus allows his clients to avoid unnecessary disputes and costly litigation. Michael received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, where he was Chairman of the Honor Committee, and received his B.A. in History from Washington & Lee University.
