Experience
Ms. Regenhardt has been appointed as a Conciliator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court. She is admitted to practice before all local, state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia including the United States Supreme Court. She has served as vice chair (1995-1997) and chair (1997-1998) of the Business Law Section of the Fairfax Bar Association. She is a member of the Commercial Disputes Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and is certified as an expert in the area of business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. She has also authored "Critical Vendors After Mabey and Kmart" published in bankruptcy law news, volume xx, No. 3, summer 2004.
